Focal Point

"Let your eyes look straight ahead, gaze directly before you.  Make level paths for your feet and take only ways that are firm.  Do not swerve to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil." Proverbs 4:25-27

The Lamaze method instructs a woman in labor to choose a focal point on which to keep her focus.  She can then concentrate on working with the labor; instead of being distracted by any pain or discomfort.

We all experience times of hurt, pain, and discomfort, but we are able to withstand those storms when we keep our eyes on Jesus.

Anita designed this piece with four doves whose shapes form hearts, which surround a bright star with a cross in the center.  The doves symbolize the peace of God, the hearts represent love, the star refers to the light, Jesus and the Cross reminds us of the greatest sacrifice ever made.

This design is a beautiful heirloom.  The center star/cross is a separate piece that can be passed on to the child along with the understanding that no matter what pain or pleasure we face in our lives, the Lord should be our Focal Point.
