Holding Pattern

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."  Phillippians 4: 6-7

At times we find our lives in a period of uncertainty and disarray. The storms we encounter can blow us around until we feel like an airplane in a "Holding Pattern". It's hard to focus on things eternal, we get caught up in the turbulence of the another gust of wind blows us off course.

God's words tell us not to be anxious, but to trust Him to bring us out of our burden or circumstance. As a bird spreads its wings to rise above the storm, we should rise above the con- fusion. Letting the peace of God that transcends all understanding and the embrace of friends and family define the "Holding Pattern" that is the arms of Christ Jesus.

The doves in this design represent the Father, Son. and the Holy Spirit. Protecting and holding us up thru the storm. He is our path thru the 'Holding Pattern".
